Skills Training and Workforce Development

The regional training center will  reduce joblessness through skills training and job placement in partnership with OIC of America as part of the Delaware Alliance. 

The initial focus will be on construction and electrical trades and develop to include  life science, agriculture, technology, finances over the next few years. The program also includes job placement and career counseling.
