Stan Straughter

Stanley L. Straughter is an international business development specialist with five decades of experience advising governments and global institutions across Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America, Central Asia, and Europe. As Chairman of the Board of the Africatown Economic Development Corporation, he brings deep expertise in trade policy, foreign direct investment, and cooperative economic development. His career includes major roles with the World Bank, USAID, African Development Bank, and leadership within U.S.–Africa and U.S.–Caribbean business coalitions.
