The African Culture Alliance of America, through its Africatown Initiative, has partnered with the Opportunities Industrialization Center of America (OICA) to deliver comprehensive workforce development and skills‑training services in Southwest Philadelphia. We are currently recruiting a dynamic Management Team to lead the full workforce pipeline by identifying, recruiting, assessing, training, supporting, and placing individuals into meaningful and sustainable careers.
