During the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Africatown brought the energy of global football straight to our neighborhood! We activated venues across the corridor, including African Small Pot, Kilimandjaro Restaurant, Trendsetters Bar & Lounge, Code Lounge, ACANA Headquarters, Elmwood neighborhood loading dock, and the Sudanese Community Center.
Football lovers gathered to cheer on teams like Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Haiti, Brazil, and France, creating an unforgettable atmosphere of cultural exchange and community pride.
