Speaker Joanna McClinton

The Honorable Joanna E. McClinton is the 141st Speaker of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, the first woman to hold the position. Representing the 191st District since 2015, she previously served as Majority Leader and Minority Leader. A former public defender and chief counsel in the State Senate, she is known for her leadership on criminal justice reform, education access, and community empowerment.
